Delivery Information
We have a standard price for UK delivery, this is usually a Next Day (UK) Service which we aim to have your order delivered the next day from the order date, however there may be a time when it will take 2-3 days delivery.
Please note; orders after 3pm on Fridays will not be despatched until Monday, so if next day delivery is selected then you will not receive your order until Tuesday at the earliest.
All parcels are insured by Birch Sales & Marketing Limited and require a signature upon receipt. Customers can request alternative delivery means at their own expense.
In stock items are despatched at the time of receipt of your properly completed order or within 24 Hours. Although most orders will be received by you within the next business day, excluding weekends and bank holidays, (Please allow a further 5 working days if paying by cheque.)
Free Delivery
Free Delivery is available for any orders that are above £300 exc VAT. Method used for free delivery is 2-3 Day.
When checking out, select the Free Delivery option.
