Prices:
We charge in £Sterling. Prices shown on this website do not include VAT; VAT is calculated during checkout process. Due to fluctuations in rates and shipping costs we only price goods at the time of receipt by ourselves. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment/Order Processing:
We accept payments using Credit or Debit cards and cheque. If using Credit or Debit cards for payment, we offer two options, you can use the secure online checkout or you can select the "phone with payment details" option, where you will have to call with your Credit or Debit card details and we will process this manually. We will not process your order we receive valid means of payment. (Cheques will be submitted for payment to your Bank 5 working days before despatch. Using paying by cheque, your order will show up as pending until cleared, which then your order will be processed.

Out of Stock items:
We stock many and most of the items we sell on our website, however there might be a time when we dont have something in stock. If this is to happen we aim to have the item delivered to you with 3-5 days and in many cases sooner.

Cancelling Your Order:
Customers in the UK: you are able to cancel your order without giving a reason for up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods. We will charge a fee for the return/refusal of non-stock/special orders of 20% of our UK retail price. Any other goods that are returned in these circumstances will attract a £20.00 re-stocking fee irrespective of their value, which will be deducted from the total refund. Please refer to the section 'Returning Goods' below for further details.

Returning Goods:
All goods to be returned must be notified to us within 7 working days of receipt by the customer. Other than faulty goods, any returned items must be in the same condition as received and unused/unopened. Other than faulty or incorrect goods (where we have sent the wrong item not where the customer has ordered the wrong item) the customer will be liable for the return postage and a re-stocking fee of £15.00, irrespective of the value of the goods. We will not be liable for any goods lost in transit. If we are paying for the return postage you must check with us first the method we want you to use. Please Note: We will not pay for excessive/unnecessary postage should you choose to ignore this instruction. The goods must be packed at least as good as we sent them to you. Damage to returned goods as a result of poor/inadequate packing will be reflected in the value of any refund/credit note or replacement model.

Promotional Discounts and Coupons:
Promotional discount codes can be found on numerous websites and print items that we use for advertising and marketing our products. These discount codes are only applicable for ordering on our website and are not available to be used with any other ordering method that we provide. Discounts are deducted from the sub total of your order before delivery and taxes. The amount of discount will be shown on the advert and will also be shown when deducted from your subtotal. Only one discount code is able to be used during any one order. Expiry and usage of the codes will be shown on the advert, if a code submitted online within the ordering process is invalid you will be notified during the ordering process.
